BCM50 Phones ringing when already in use!!!

Morning all,

Can you offer some advice please because I really can't seem to fix a problem that I have with a BCM50. I have configured all the extensions with 1 intercom button. They all have 1 target line and they are all set to DND when busy. However, when a call comes in when they are already on the phone, the phone rings! I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, we have 4 BCM50's configured the same and the others don't do this. I think my mind is confused and I can't see the wood for the trees!!!

Any advice would be great, thanks.
 
On the set's capabilities page, do you have the Redirect Ring box checked? Uncheck it if you do.
 
Do you have many appearances on those phones? It happened to me once in as IP2004 and I deleted the appearances and the problem never showed up.
