Customer has a BCM50 with the latest updates with a PRI. About 12 times a day they get phantom ringing where 3 DID lines will ring in at the same time and sometimes only 1 will be a real call and most of the time it is a telemarketer. We have replaced the MBM just to verify that it is not our system. We have been working with the CLEC on this issue. Has anyone ever seen this kind of problem on the BCM? Any help would be appreciated.
