BCM50 other than Call Pickup Group Options to answer someone else's calls?

The CallPickup option doesn't work well because they are too far apart. Placing the extension on the other phone makes it roll to the wrong voicemail. Any ideas other than forwarding after so many rings? - Thank you

Try making your Answer DN appear only and should go to the correct mailbox.

Also be careful of timers.

Example.
If 221 has an Answer DN of 222 then make sure 222 has a shorter CFNA ring count than 221.

or in this senario as an example:
"press 1 for accounting" from a CCR menu

Then use Hunt Groups

You can also change the number of rings to voicemail to say 6 on the phone that also needs to answer that line, while leaving the number of rings at 4 on the phone that the line belongs to. Just did this yesterday.
