BCM50 no caller id

I have channged from pots to a new att flex service. The new lines have caller id on them but there is no display of it on any phones.
This is not sip or pri just lines. No help from Att.

Then change back or raise a fuss.
If it worked before then it should work still.

Maybe tomorrow bring a house phone (analog set) and plug it into one there ports and test.

thanks curly cord I will call "again" If no luck I will test.
If the phone test works I will reboot the BCM.
