BCM50 Night Service

Can anyone tell me how to set up a basic night service on a BCM50. It is a standard bundle BCM50 with PRI. I just need to press a button at 5 - 6 oclock and send the calls to a mailbox.

if you need to goto voicemail - press F984 on the required extension(s)

if you need to goto AA - program a ringing service - and assign VM DN

Can you explain that in more detail please. We do not have AA working. All phones ring during the day. They require phones to go to night service in the evening at a press of a button.

If you do not use AA (main greeting with options):

Do as senk1s has said by pressing F984....all calls will go to the General Mialbox.


If you have AA (or as a backup):

Go into Service Modes and setup a service.
Make it Manual (or Auto and setup the times of day to turn on)
Add the lines to the service you choose
Add vmails DN (F985 to find out)
Make the control set reception

If you chose Manual then program a F871 key on the reception set.
