I do not belive this can be done with out forwarding a phone or doing forwarding thru the phone co's lines. Can't forward automaticly. Services are ringing restrictions and routing.
I set one up similar. On ours we set up the auto attendant and ccr tree so that when the customer calls in they have the option to dial 1 on the ccr and it will direct them to a cell phone #. All of that is set up through the AA and CCR, and changing the greeting and ccr in the greeting table.
If the system you are trying to setup has a AA answering ring normal hours then that is the route that you can take. If the AA does not answer during the day then that is where the scheduled services comes into play.
Scheduled services turns on a ringing service, the ringing service that it turns on then directs the calls to the AA. That can either be turned on manualy or automatically.
If you have an extra phone, you could forward that phone to your night answering service. Then set up a ringing service to call that phone, when you want it to forward off premise
Its an aside to this but we have a softphone on a pc set up and have the necessary lines ringing on that softphone. We call forward from there to wotever number we want and it has the added advantage that you can remote access the desktop and change the number at any time.
Its not an automated way of doing it but it works for our scenario without having to set up a vpn to access the bcm plus any idiot can change the number.
