I was told that it is possible to "Steal" a call out that is being processed by auto-attendant. Thereby saving caller going through a complete process and providing better personal service.
There now seems to be some doubt this is possible. We have the call centre technology.
The other scenario - as I understand it is that we program the auto attendant to direct to first/next available agent.
System just arrived so I need some 'plain language' so I can relay to my installer.
