Have a M1 that I am trying to network with a BCM50. Trouble is, I can dial from my 50 to my M1 but get a reorder (fast busy)when I dial from my M1 to the 50. Have a point to point T-1 within same city. Programmed trunks as E&M tie with wink signaling. I do a trace at the M1 side when I make a call and it shows me hitting the correct route and sending out the correct number but I get the FB as soon as I dial the number. We are the local provider so I put a t-comm tester on my T-1 and proved that I only hear the first digit and then gets the FB. Like I said it's works fine one way. Any ideas???

I would maybe try dialing the trunk access code (ACOD) followed by the DN and see what you get!
Have done some IP trunking between MI and BCM50, but have no hands on experience with tie trunking between the two systems.

Tried the direct acod, does the same thing.

Hmmmm....Have you set up the target lines (starting at Line 125) in the BCM 50 for the associated sets to receive networked calls?

Yea, tried that to. Does the received digits need to be public or private? Tried both. Also when monitoring lines, can see trunks go active at bcm end. Just doesn't like the digits. Seems like it rejecting them.

We have the target lines set for public.
Take a peek at the alarms in the 50. Perhaps it could lead us somewhere. Also, be logged into the MI and see if an error is generated when attempting the call.

Need help on VPN Tunnel. I just installed a BCM 400 with a contivity 221 at a remote location and set up the BCM IPsec client to the contivity. I get the tunnel establish but only for a few seconds it goes up and down all day long.
