BCM50 Networking setup

My customer has three sites already working with Voip Trunk on each site;

(Site A BCM50 2.0) ext 2000
(Site B BCM50 2.0) ext 3000
(Site C BCM50 3.0) ext 4000

Each site can communicate with others via the Intercom key.

QUESTION;

How Site B could pick up a landline from Site A using i.e (8) as the pool key?

Do I need the MCDN auth code to activate the failover when all the line are busy on one site (outbound only)?

Make the lines at site A with a remote package to access the pool at A.Then if you are going to use 8 as a dest code do a dial out of the dest code that site A uses to dial out and absorb 1 that would be the 8 and all others would be sent.
