Networking a BCM50 with a M1. Got everything working except one thing. When dialing from BCM and press 9, I want to be able to access CO trunk from M1. Currently I have to press 9 9. I have it as a destination code but is it possible to have the BCM insert another 9. Thanks in advance.

Also same BCM, trying to log into CallPilot from telset. Enter feature 983 comes up with LOG, enter 10020000 (4 digit exts) then asks for PSWD. Cannot get anything to work. First time to access CallPilot.

You can insert a 9 in the route. Put 9 as an external number. Or better yet, don't strip any digits at all and send 9+ to the M1.

Never tried doing telset admin of VM on a BCM 50 yet. Saw the instructions in the docs, but always preferred the browser.

you can find under "Destination Code" -> "absorbed lenght". Take the "zero" from the Pull Down Menu.

other question: after press the "9" you can not hear a Dialtone! In Germany we need a Dialtone, because the user think he can not dial without a dialtone....

Any Idea how can i make a dialtone after press a Destination Code - in BCM or Succ4.5
