BCM50 Music on Hold 1

Please tell me what prompt I need to change so that music on holds works? I have music on the t/r pair, but still hear tones when on hold. Thanks

Under Feature Settings, On Hold. Change from Tones to Music. Don't know the exact tree without element manager open, but look under Telephony, Feature Settings and it's in there somewhere...

Or, if going in via telset, go to system programming, feature settings, then toggle the on hold from tones to music.
