BCM50 Move Keycodes 1

I have a BCM50 that I am taking out of commision. How do I move the keycodes off that system and onto a new BCM50?

Do you have access to Nortel KRS?
If not, you may have to get your vendor to re-generate the keycodes, but I believe that the software versions have to match. ie; decommission a Rls 1 and re-generate for a Rls 1

If I am incorrect, I am sure one of the other support guys on here will correct me.

no, you can't the keycode is attached to the bcm's system id

You can regenerate key codes to another BCM 50 even newer version but you have to return the system to Nortel or you will get charged for the keycodes.

Thanks cook...I thought there was a way to do it. The system is being returned to Nortel anyway for hard drive issue.
