BCM50 long distance call drop

We have a BCM50 rel6.0 unit. We have some wired problem. when people call long distance, the call will drop in couple minutes. It is OK for incoming long distance. I check with ISP, they don't have any problem. anyone here has any idea?

What type of lines?
PRI or POTs(copper)?

Suggest to have a tech make some test calls or if you have an emergency line (power fail jack) try it from there.
The problem is you usually dial out from the lower lines so why they might need testing too.

I doubt its the BCM regardless of what the carrier states but you never know.

See if Alarms show anything.
