BCM50 Locking up

Hello,
We have 16 BCM50s in our network. One unit at each of our branch locations. All of them are running version 1.00.2.04.g with the following patches applied: BCM050 .025-DSP-FPGA, .016-CORE, .001-CFS, .081-SOFTWARE-MANAGEMENT, .083-CUMULATIVE, .039-DSP-FPGA.

The problem we are having is that we have had 4 of the 16 BCMs “lockup.” Meaning, outbound calls and VoIP stop working. The branch can receive calls in on the main line; however, cannot make calls out. I can connect to the unit through Element Manager and everything appears to be ok. All services are running and there are no errors in the alarms log. The fix has been to reboot the unit and everything is working fine then. We are expecting all of them to eventually do this.

Has anyone experienced this lockup problem or are aware of any patches available to correct this?
