BCM50 keycodes activation

I'm looking to buy the keycode that activates 1 Voip Gateway trunk for my companies BCM50, a number of sites I'm looking at have a $60 activation fee for the keycode if your not a vendor. Some other sites have no mention of this activation fee. Is this activation required, or can I just buy the Authorization keycodes to use the Voip Gateway trunk?

U buy the auth code but u need to access the nortel krs to activate it. u can only access the krs if ur an authorized dealer and nortel partner.

Make sure you're dealing with someone you know and trust. You'd have to give them your BCM system ID before they could activate the auth code for you and I wouldn't give that to just anyone.
