BCM50 Keycode Required after crash

Hi, I did a quick search but couldn't find anything quickly.

A BCM50 crashed it's hard drive. I installed a CICS/CP100 for now, but the customer liked the IP set he had at home.

I cloned the hard drive of another old BCM50 I had laying around. Now the systems boots up but shows KEYCODE REQUIRED.
I don't have any keycode for that machine. Customer is going through his files but I doubt he'll find anything.

I though I was lucky when I saw the USB key plugged in the device, but if I put it in my computer it shows a empty drive.
Backup was probably never configured, so back to square 1.

Any suggestions ?
