Customer has bcm 50 and has two other locations connected by voip(via a point to point). I recently added two POTS lines to their system and assigned them to a couple of the voip phones at one of the satellite locations. Customer is now saying that they are experiencing echo of their own voice for the first 5-10 seconds of the call. Sometimes it doesn't go away at all. Any thoughts? thx
