BCM50 IP SET SERVICE LOCK UP

I was asked by an associate if I'd heard of any problems with BCM50's where there is a VPN in place and IP sets working. Apparently there seems to be some problem with the internet provider or a drop in service to the sets and then sometimes it comes back up when other times a reboot is required on the BCM50 end to restart the then locked up service? Any ideas? Thanks.

Is this a client tunnel to the BCM or a Branch Office type tunnel with the serts at the branch office? You might want to find out what the lease is on the IP address assigned by the ISP if it is a dynamic address. If the address is dynamic and is getting changed, then the tunnel would have to re-establish with the new address.
