I think I know the answer to this, but I would like to throw it out there. Had a customer today asked me if, on a set by set basis, Can you program it so the NEWEST voicemail messages play first upon logging in to check messages. Always thought that the oldest plays first, unless a message was flagged as Urgent, which would of course play first. I told her that I was almost certain that you cannot, but would ask others. She said that she has an application for this and that it could be done on her old system.
