BCM50 Incoming Call ringing on phone that in use.

I have a BCM50 Phone system installed and the customer is complaining that when he is on a call, a new incoming call rings on his phone and continues to ring until answered. i was thinking that when an incoming call come in, it is only supposed to "buzz" once. Is this an option setting that I forgot to set?

I think you need to look at the extension capabilities and turn on DND (Do Not Disturb).

It's called "DND on Busy". Bur you will not have any audible notification. The ringing you're experiencing is normal. Second call rings but it's a softer ring.
