Hey folks looking for some help. I was performing a Level 2 Reset (was in a hurry) and either hit the reset button too many times or not enough and now the system is locked up. It will boot up with 2 solid yellow lights then goes to 2 solid red lights and stays there. I've left the system sitting idle for the past 2 hours and no change.

Can anyone help me out as to how to get it back on its feet to reprogram?

Tried, All I can get now is those 2 solid yellow lights for about 10 sec then goes to 2 solid red and stays there.

you might have to change the hdd for a good one however it is possible the boot loader is stuffed; if it is Avaya may still have facilities to connect a serial cable to the bcm....yes and I do mean on a 50; there is a serial connection on the motherboard which can be accessed by Avaya. It is not possible for us mere mortals. lol

LOL... This a true "Blue" Nortel BCM I purchased and installed it back in 2007.

are you waiting at least 5 minutes with the power off before you restart

WORK SMART NOT HARD

I powered it down and left it powered off over the weekend in my lab.
