I am a bit of a beginner in using the BCM50, however my employer has requested that I get myself familiar with the way it works so I am able to perform basic tasks for him. Currently we are running the BCM50 on release 3.0. I am looking to expand our menu system when you dial our telephone number.
Currently it has been configured that when you phone the number you press 1 for sales, 2 for customer service etc. I am looking to have it so that when you press 1 you get put through to more options. So you then press 1 for this and 2 for that etc. Is there a particular manual out there that can teach me how to do this? Or any fast method?
And another thing was, we have a timer set on our 3 options from about 6pm to 8am the following day you are not able to dial in. I would like to set it so that when you dial our number from there, all of our sales calls go to an external number to be retrieved at maybe a call centre etc.
