I have found numerous threads relating to this but everyone appears to have different requirements! I have multiple extensions with DDI's that forward to VM after hours with no problem. I also have a main number on 4 lines and these lines all point to a hunt group (should I be using a ringing group?) and I want to forward this main number/hunt group to a single mailbox after business hours (ideally manually rather than scheduled). I want a basic mailbox where I can regularly change the greeting and not an auto attendant. I have tried configuring a manual service with a ringing group containing one extension that is forwarded to voicemail but it does not work and the call still goes to the huntgroup. I have also put just the voicemail dn in the ringing group which does work but I get the AA. I do not use the AA and I am confused about the difference between AA and General Mailbox. Thanks in advance.
