BCM50 Hunt Group Issue

Have a BCM50 installed with Main reception phone in HG01. This is set to overflow to HG02 with 2 additional sets. Key 9 on 7316 shows as HG key, but i/c calls do not ring on this key, they ring on I/C key. Also, when the threshold is met, it does not overflow. The BCM is installed on BRI with 4 lines.
Have lines 95-98 assigned to HG01, but still not ringing as Hunt Group call. All DDI's into the BCM are working OK.
Have installed other BC50's with same setup, and they work oK, baffled me has this.

Has anyone seen this problem before?

If you have set the BCM 50 to have DDI you will have set the answer mode on the lines to Auto.You will need to set up a target line with your main number and then assign the target line to the hunt group. I am guessing you have set the hunt group key on the extension as appear and ring.
