BCM50 - Hunt group DND / Make Busy question 1

Hi guys
I have a customer with a BCM50 Rls1.
They have a hunt group set to rotary ringing. When a call comes into the group the calls are ringing to each phone correctly EVEN when the phone user has set a DND. They can accept this but my question is (at last !), is there any way to make the phone appear busy to the hunt group without just taking the handset off hook. Have tried a F908 "Make Busy" but am getting a "Not allowed" response so I assume this needs either enabling or is a call centre feature.

Your going to need call center functionality to do that. The built in hunt groups aren't that powerful.

DND should stop any calls from ringing the set.
DND is actually documented as the method used to remove yourself from a Hunt Group for any period of time.

BCM 50 rls 1.0 is funky.
Make sure its fully patched.
If possible, take it up to 3.0.
