BCM50 Hunt group and auto attendant

I set up a target line xxx and activate the auto-attendant feature because they want an out of hours annoucement so i also created CCR,but the set-up they want is when you call the main number it will ring all the phones so i created hunt group but the problem is some calls are kicked out by system when all of us is busy,i thought that its on system timers i set the maximum timers.

Is there a set-up that will not use auto-attendant on day mode but have out of hours annoucement during night mode?

Why not just create a ringing group with all of the phones in the group. Then set up the ringing group on that Target Line and have it come on automatically after hours. Then it would simply ring all of the phones in the group forever or until the caller hangs up whichever comes first.

Hi mrroberts thanks for that but the problem is if i put this on the ringing group how will i set the out of hours announcement?

Ah, that would be a problem but what exactly are they trying to accomplish with the after hours announcement?
