BCM50 how to find keycode via telset

I'm new to the BCM50 and inherited a customer with a BCM50, 1140e IP Phones and a BESGE-12T. The phones are resetting and after a system reboot only 1/2 are coming back up. I don't have the nnadmin password to access the BCM and the sets that are working don't have access to **config or I have the wrong password. Either way is there a way to get into the system without defaulting it? DHCP is enabled on the BCM and all the phones show up on the BES but only half come up. Any suggestions besides defaulting the system?
