My colleague was attempting to push CDRs from a BCM50 to an FTP site for the first time.
He filled in the site and account data (did not select the option to delete the data) and hit send.
The transfer was unsuccessful AND the CDR data was lost.
There were several weeks CDR Data on the BCM50 which we require and which now appear "gone".
Questions:
- Has anyone seen these or similar symptoms before?
- Is there a way to recover the "lost" CDR data?
