OK. Here's another one....
I'm running a BCM50 R3. When calls come in from the outside whether they are answered by AA or by the receptionist and are then transferred to an extension (in AA they just dial the extension number to bypass the prompts) they are going straight to VM instead of ringing the phone first (4 times) then going to VM. If you call an extension internally the phone will ring 4 times and then go to VM like it is programmed to do.
Here is what I have checked so far.
1. DND on busy set to none
2. Forward all calls set to none
3. Forward on busy set to none
4. Forward no answer set to 334 (AA and VM extension) after 4 rings.
Here is the kicker though, if AA answers the call and then the caller presses 0 the receptionist phone rings 4 times then goes to VM like it is supposed to. This is the only example where an outside call can be transferred and the phone rings appropriately, otherwise like I stated above the call will go straight to VM and not ring the phone.
Any thoughts????
