BCM50 Forward to Info Mailbox through CCR??

Hopefully i'm in the right forum this time.....LOL

I have a BCM50 Rls 2 with 4 T7316E's, CallPilot with 10 Mailboxes and AA with CCR at a small Dr's office.

Help me if you can, I spent too many hours on this.

During normal business hours, AA answers on 2nd ring, Plays message and CCR gives caller a choice of 1 (ext200) 2 (ext200) or 3 (ext201) This all works and everyone is happy.

After hours is where the problem starts.

Customer wants during non-business hours for AA to answer immediately, (this is working, with Night Ringing Services ON) and to hear a message indicating they are closed (again working fine) then advise the caller to press 1 to hear who the "Doctor on Call" is tonight. I need the receptionist to "forward" her phone to 1 of 4 different messages. No schedule, they decide at quitting time which one. The caller should dial 1 and get a message informing them of who the Dr is on call and their phone number. They don't want it forwarding to an outside number, (that would be too easy) Haha.

Actually, this one incorporates CCR where the other post did not. Should I use this forum or the other? curlycord, you've referenced to forum you said I shouldn't be posting in. I'm confused......LOL

But you are after a single resolution I would assume?

The problem with forwarding a phone to another it will go back to the forwarding phones MB.
You can build a different CCR at night to do it but then the thing of the doctors on call at the end of the day. You could rerecord the INFO mail box that the CCR is pointed at the end of each day with that doctors info.
