BCM50 forward to external number

I am new to telphone systems full stop but we have a BCM50 connected by 2 ISDN lines and need to be abe to easily divert all lines to an external number. I have already figured out how to do this but only after a certain number of rings and its not easily changeable. ie after 10 rings it forwards the call.

We need to turn the feature off when people are in the office and on when we need the calls forwarded to a single mobile.

Make sure "Allow Redirect" is on for each set and 9 is setup as a destination code. Use Feature 4 then 9+number to forward and Feature #4 to turn off.
