Am I just being dumb?
I have a target line ringing at a set.
If an incoming on that line is not answered I want to forward/divert the call to a different set or hunt group or perhaps VM
Am I right to think I need to set up a whole new hunt group to handle this scenario? Or presumably I could set up a skill set as an alternative.
On our old system we would have had the equivalent of a feature code for this and think there must be a better way of dealing with this issue. Would be quite happy to set up a simple divert on no reply to another set/huntgroup if its easier.
