Am I just being dumb?

I have a target line ringing at a set.
If an incoming on that line is not answered I want to forward/divert the call to a different set or hunt group or perhaps VM

Am I right to think I need to set up a whole new hunt group to handle this scenario? Or presumably I could set up a skill set as an alternative.

On our old system we would have had the equivalent of a feature code for this and think there must be a better way of dealing with this issue. Would be quite happy to set up a simple divert on no reply to another set/huntgroup if its easier.

Am I losing my mind?
 
Sorry but I am lost! Have gone to Active sets, capabilities and cannot for the life of me see the option to call forward.

How come I can set up hunt groups and skillsets will no problem and this ones beyond me?!

 
Call forward is on the line access tab.Put in the VM dn enter then the delay will show.
