Can the Digital Expansion Module be put on the network accros the warehouse or does it need to be next to the main unit?

if you are implementing digital phones "across the warehouse" and the cabling is over there? i assume?

I would recommended purchasing a long enough 25 pair cable and run it from the expansion to said location.

You can only use a cable with the same specs including length that comes with the expansion module. You need to do as phoneguy suggested.

I read where the maximum length is 10 m between modules.

I know what Nortel Recommends is 10m but is it possible to run it on the Network. Has anyone tryed it before?

Won't work, there have been those who have used cables not up to spec and had issues. I recall reading about it.
