The BCM IP address is probably not what you think it is or there is a connection issue between the BCM and Switch/Network.

When I try the IP address of 10.10.11.1 it does not connect but I get no error message "

Can you ping the system? How do you connect to BCM? Direct via LAN on OAM port?
Did you ever had access to this system?
What about the LED Status of the system?
