bcm50 error code 31045

Does anyone know what the error code 31045 on a BCM50 means? Appeears on the receptionist phone and even though she clears it, it comes back every time after picking up the handset next time.

error 31045-Keycodes - failed to open file.
First time i see that error, if everything is running good on that bcm you could disable the alarm set(receptionnist) for that specific error.
Is this an old bcm50? Maybe the drive is dying...
