I have a silly question about Music on Hold.

Is there a feature code that will enable/disable MOH for a specific set? If there is no feature code, is there a way to set MOH preferences per set? Or something else?

There are select use cases (like dialing into an external conference bridge) that I think a feature like this would be handy.

No sorry
It's system wide, everyone on hold will hear music no matter whom put them on hold.

I gather nobody has really complained about this before, however...
Etiquette Rule # 3 - Never put a conference call on hold. As with a face to face meeting, you should give a conference call your undivided attention.

Re: Conference etiquette - I agree 100%

This is more me playing around in my lab environment and was just curious if this was something that could be done.

Thanks!
