Hi

I'm certain this is very simple but as a owner/user of our BCM system I know very little about making changes so hope you can help!!

At present if our phones ring X times (I don't know what the number of rings is and would like to change it) our voicemail kicks in, I'd like to change this to divert the call to an offsite number.

Also, at night when the last person leaves the office they press a button the turn on the voicemail (so it picks up calls immediately), again I'd like to change this so calls are diverted to the offsite number.

Please can someone point me towards where I can make these changes, also, will I need to prefix the offsite number with a 9 as I would normally to dial externally?

Many thanks in advance.

Stewart

1. You can use Forward no Answer properties for your telephones: Active set-->"Select set"--> Properties --> Forward no Answer.

2. Dialing Plan --> Routing --> Destination Code
Delete the destination code and create a new one using the same route, for example Destination code 7
