Just purchased a BCM50E release unknown at this time. Have tried to login using the default login and passwords which failed. Need to get the password set to default, but do NOT want to loose existing programming or licenses. Would like to know who is an authorized Nortel Partner who can access my BCM50E via the internet and do the change. Also would like to know the price. Any suggestions/companies who do this would be appreciated. CTR

Yes, you need to engage a BCM Certified Support Specialist as they have tools to generate a temporary password that will allow you to reset the nnadmin password.
