I have a BCM50 - rev.6.0.2.05.237 and I am connected by a T1-PRI link. I have an remote office of 4 IP phones running into massive drop call and jitter alarms, they are T1 also. Is there anything I can check on the BCM to make sure my configs are set properly. My inter-office IP phone work great - but all of them disconnect as soon as a call reach the 30 minute mark.

If the BCM is losing the PRI signalling the reception set should be showing error messages in the 6X-X range. If this is the case it could be the telco signalling.

Call them and ask them to monitor the data channel and see if it is dropping out. They should be able to monitor it for a period of time, and then make a call and leave it until it drops.

On your network check the network config guide and check your settings. check the clocking 1 master 1 primary/sl-1
