BCM50 Doorphone service won't start

Anyone ever heard of this? I have a BCM50 Release 3.0. For some reason the other day I had to reboot the BCM. When it came back up, the BCM_Doorphone service would not start and when I try to manually start it, it won't start. I get an alarm 10129 in the alarms. Obviuosly the Doorphone itself does not work also.

Does the system have the latest patches? You can try to manually start the doorphone service by connecting to the console port and going to the command line.

I dont know the exact service name, but the command is

NET START service name

Thanks atascoman. I patched it up and tried to restart it from the services but that just gives me an error that the service cannot start and then generates an error "Failed to start Service"
