BCM50 Doorphone block

Hi all I have a BCM50 with 6 doorphone on it.
The weird problem I face is that they work fine for about 5-10 minutes, then some of them began unreachable like there were busy. The monitor tell me they are not busy.. anyone face the same problem before?

Any suggestion is really appreciated,

If it's a Bcm50 2.0 apply SU_System15 patch, it includes this one;

Software Update BCM050.R200.098-DOORPHONE Description:

- Doorphones fail to operate after system reboot
This update addresses a timing issue where four or more doorphones
would not operate after a system reboot.

Thank you Gberger , I forgot to say BCM50 is a release 3.0 with the last patch available from Nortel
