bcm50 door box

Had to replace the hard drive and reprogram from scratch.#1 issue is the door entry system which has its own dial tone to it.To reach company "A" you simply dial 101.with the fresh hard drive it will ring the intrcom of the operator ext.I want to program it to ring other ext's.My question is:How can I tell which DID the door box is calling.CID shows the number from the box and the trk 065. there is only a PRI in it.

no it's 3rd party door box.I believe it has a dialer inside it.I need to know what it dials to ring the bcm.

What dial tone do you have on the phone, land line, analog port, DC voltage?

Unless you have a digit grabber it is nearly impossible to know what #'s are dialed.

I would think the doorphone is ringing a hunt group dn, or at least that's the way I usually set them up when possible. Does it ring on all phones or just one? Sounds like you need to do some more trouble shooting.

Can you use the BCM Monitor to see what it is dialing?
Sounds like it is calling an analog line that you need to assign the sets that you want to answer the door.
