Bcm50 - Does anyone have access to KRS

I accidently hijacked someones thread so i'm starting my own.

Basically i'm an Au fait with the BCM50 but im not registered with Nortel. I have factory reset the BCM and cannot get access to the KRS.

I have the System ID and the 4 Auth codes for the features i have. Can anyone help me download the file as i need the sequence, data etc...

Also i no longer have ISDN (BRIM interface module installed)but didn't worry too much as the BCM main unit has supports 4 analog lines......except.......only American ones not UK lines....bugger.

I have a theory, can i use my ASL line through the ASL filter so that it goes back to PSTN then use a analog to ISDN converter and connect it to my BRIM interface?????

Sorry, one last question - The system was installed in 2005, will i need any software patches?? if so how can i get them??

I am not a telcom engineer but i am a electronic engineer - however beginning to wish i'd never started messing with the damn thing now.

Yes I would patch it. LOTS have come since 2005. U probably have a 1.0. Current rls on the 50 is 3.0. Patches can be downloaded from Nortel if u are a registered authorized vendor. Gotta remember, everything on the 50 is key code driven (vmail, main cab trunks & stn ports, etc).
