We have a couple of BCM50s that are having problems dialing out on the PSTN from sets after we setup the business name and VoIP trunk settings. No one is able to dial out from any set, they get a busy after they finish dialing their number. However, if we setup a target line with a DID and have it redirect out of the BCM it works.
When we removed the business name setting under global settings they were able to dial out again with no problem. One is on Rls 2 and the other is Rls 3.
