Hi, I have a BCM50 that was originally a 3.0. We upgraded to 6.0 last week. Last night, my boss called - the box was dead. No indicator lights at all past the transformer. The expansion module was live though.

I'm trying to get ahold of contacts we purchased it from, but this is going to be lengthy on a Monday morning... any basic troubleshooting tips? Yeah, I made sure it was plugged in....

A brand new box. *sigh*

have you tried to reboot it ????? it may come back up

Bad power supply? Bad outlet? Bad unit time to replace?

Have seen issues with the bcm 450 on power supply going dead on new install after two weeks in the field Also issues on upgrades to existing system with the new hard drive not booting up properly.
