BCM50 Dead Analog Station Port

Hello All,

I have just activated a keycode for two analog station ports. I can see that the two ports are activated but only one port is working. The first one is dead. Is there a way to switch the first analog station port with the third one. Does anyone know if the keycode can be changed to activate analog station ports three and four instead of the first two. If this is not possible does anyone have any other advice.

No you cannot.

some things..
-Make sure it is properly programmed, copy the good one.
-Make sure the existing one is properly terminated (White/Slate.Slate/White) on yopr block and that it is properly seated (pressed in) on the BCM.
-If still an issue try a another AMP cable

Can't move them either unless more keys to activate.
