Hi All,
I have recently had another 20 extensions added to a BCM50 that I look after.

On the original 20 extensions when I ring from the site to a mobile I get the corresponding extension:
0*******751
0*******752
etc

When I ring from the new 20 extensions no matter that extension I call from I get the number 0*******750 on the mobile.

It's almost as if the DDI's are not been mapped across if that makes sense.

If anyone can point me in the right direction to get this sorted.

Thanks
Rob

You need to add the DDI to the OLI field for each set. If you look at the programming in the OLI field on one of the original 20 extensions and compare that to one of your new extensions you will see the difference.

Also what type of trunks are you using ?

Looking at the BCM the TRUNK TYPE is set to PRI.

Using Element Manager I have selected Telephony > Sets > All DN's and under there I have updated Pub. OLI & Pri. OLI with the phone extensions.

Is that the right place or have I missed the correct location.

No thats perfect. In the public OLI field enter the DDI number associated with that extension and that you want to send out. You will only need to put in the last couple of digits of the DDI, this is depending on the number of digits you carrier is sending you. Just check with a extension that is working correctly and that will tell you how many digits you need in the public OLI field.

Working like a charm. Thanks Khosher
