Good day all I have a BCM50 2.0 that took a dive and will need to replace it.my question is can a regenerate the key codes from a 2.0 machine to a new 3.0 or higher or do i have to get another 2.0 machine?

Key codes go by serial numbers, you would have to contact an Avaya/Nortel dealer I think the procedure is to send in the bad unit and they would generate new key codes for the new unit. What is wrong with the one that crashed?

it wont boot up, I have tried to reconnect the sata cable to the hard drive but it seems to be in a never ending loop. the top light stays amber.
