Morning,

I installed 2 cordless Engenius Duraphone and uploaded the license keycodes for them, they are functioning (take incoming calls and make outgoing). I was wondering if there was a way to put calls on a park (SWCA) and transfer to extensions? It does have a "Flash" button, would that work as the "feature" code.

Flash, *521 – Line 1

Flash, *522 – Line 2

Flash, *523 – Line 3

Flash, *524 – Line 4

Flash, *525 – Line 5

Flash, *525 – Line 6

Flash, *525 – Line 7

Flash, *525 – Line 8

Transfer to extension

Flash, 70, “extension #”

The flash button would I think have to be set to timed break recall or TBR. I'm puzzled about the cordless phones as I didn't think that the BCM 50 supported an internal cordless phone system, or is this an add on unit that is used with the DECT deployment software?.

bbaits25 meant analog station key codes

Flash * = Feature as you thought
You cannot do 2 features together.

Either park the call or transfer the call....even on a digital sets.
Or you transfer the call and if system is told to bounce the call back (no mailbox) then you would park the call as the second attempt then page the person.

Flash * 611 = Page sets zone 1 as an example.

Consider call camping as well, not sure why your setup is.

FLASH * = Feature

To transfer a call, press FLASH * 70 then the extension number.

Using park or SWCA from a single line phone is not recommended because you can't tell what zone you've parked the call in since single line phones don't have a display. The BCM will park the call in the last available park zone to make parking calls from an SLT more practical. At least this is my experience. Others please chime in if you have more advice.

Yes i will stick to the transfer route to a phone then have them park the call/page.
