BCM50 Connects BEM thru Network & Remotely BuT!!!????

As Mentioned above ,i can connect to BCM50 Element Manager , but won't allow me to Launch Call pilot -first the pop up box says u have several adapters 2 of them have an IP address and 2 look like alpha numeric lines,, so i tried all 4 ,,and the black box will prompt C/> can't remember what else it said and then Which Bin : ? I a have the BEM On a drive connected to my laptop thru a USB port .. The thing is it does similar when i try it remotely. Windows xp Pro usb drive on Laptop with WIN.7 .Any magic solution ?? BCM Is R3.1

It wants to know which adapter your using.
You would normally choose the IP of your adapter on your PC that is connect to your LAN/Network.

Otherwise you can go direct (as I usually do):

https://10.10.11.1/CallPilotManager

Add it to your bookmarks bar.
Change the IP as needed.
